EXPERT INSTRUCTION
WIth more than 100 years of experience combined, our coaches and staff have worked with children and adults of all ages—both with and without special needs.
SPECIALIZED FOCUS
During our sessions, coaches use their knowledge of proper body mechanics, movement and sport to develop a session for each individual or group, based on their specific abilities and needs.
A BALANCED ENVIRONMENT
Our program is focused on building adaptive skills for those with special needs, through one-on-one coaching, group sessions, and follow-along videos. Through these, we aim to improve coordination, agility, strength and balance, all while having FUN!
TOP FACILITIES AND EQUIPMENT
Our facilities cover 4,300 square feet and include indoor space for a number of sports and training activities, including soccer, baseball/softball batting cages, weight lifting equipment and audio/visual equipment for follow-along presentations.
