OUR MISSION
Established in 2023, our goal for Excel Together is to give every person a space to improve their overall fitness and well being. Through sports and follow along videos, athletes will focus on improving coordination, agility, strength, balance, and motor skills. Our motto is, "With empathy, understanding, and acceptance we will unlock unlimited potential inspiring amazing progress."
As a staff, we have more than 100 years of combined experience with special needs and youth sports service, and hold the following designations:

We know that your child's wellbeing is first and foremost, and that you may have a number of questions about our program. Here are some of the most-asked questions to help close the gap.
Is this a recreational, social, camp, or non medical?
We are a social recreational vendor of SDRC. We provide a recreational facility that can be for both private individual sessions or group social environments.
Are sessions held in a group or individual setting?
We provide both group or individual settings, and help identify whichever is best for the client.
How frequently are sessions/meetings ?
Typically twice or three times a week, but we can schedule sessions once a week, two times a month, or whatever benefits the participant best. However, we have seen the best results with athletes attend at least twice a week.
What is the cost (per hour/session)?
The cost is $130/session per participant
Start and end date of services?
All we need is Manager Approval through SDRC to get started. Our typical contract is through SDRC, and is 6 months long. The process of getting signed up can take some time. To ensure a smooth enrollment process communicate with your SDRC coordinator.
Description of the activity that will take place?
We are a 100% adaptive business, so we generally focus on athletic activities such as soccer, basketball, baseball, jumprope, speed bike riding, etc. However, we will always mold to the client's needs with additional focus on balance, coordination, flexibility, motor skills and social skills.
Is there a waitlist?
No! Our goal is to never have a waitlist. All we need is manager approval to get you scheduled/started.

Can I set up a site visit
Yes we highly encourage you to do so. To set up your free site visit, please contact 619-565-1718. Select the option that works best for you. Our On-site manager will get you scheduled. We typically have days/times available in less than 48 hours.
