As a Special Olympics coach, teacher at Montgomery High School, and advisor for Aztec Buddies, Nicole Link has dedicated her career to fostering inclusion, building meaningful relationships, and creating environments where everyone feels valued. These experiences inspire Nicole to continually seek new ways to bring people together and ensure that every individual has the opportunity to participate, belong, and thrive. After starting their baseball/softball organization, Steve and Nicole saw the need for creating opportunities for people of all abilities to connect, grow, and succeed and so they opened the doors to Excel Together to everyone, no matter the restriction or the type of need.
