STEVE
Prior to becoming CEO of Excel Together, Steve Link brought 27 years of mentoring/coaching young athletes to Excel Together, with the goal of being able to provide an inclusive environment for our current and new athletes. After meeting Adrian, Steve saw an opportunity to open the doors of Excel Together to everyone, no matter the restriction or the type of need.
meet ADRIAN
Adrian Caro brings his background as a Special Olympics coach to another level as the Director of Operations for Excel Together. For more than 21 years, Adrian has worked in direct community support and direct behavior support for this community, and after noticing that families had difficulty finding places for their differently-abled children to go and have fun, became an integral part of Excel Together.
